
Ingredients
- 3 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 4 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp lemon pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 8 oz penne pasta
- Parmesan cheese for topping, grated
Directions
Place chicken breasts in slow cooker and cover with Cajun seasoning. Add remaining ingredients except for penne. Cook on high for about 2 1/2 hours or until cooked. Shred chicken with two forks in cooker container and add penne. Serve when penne is fully cooked. Garnish if desired with parmesan.
